Project: Allow small businesses to take part in Google Ads, in a simple and easy to use interface that is integrated with a 3rd party company called Agraba Ads.
Scope: Create a flow that collects all the information needed, and gives users a better understanding of paid advertising on Google and lets them actually launch ads.
My Role: Lead UX Writer
Stakeholders: Project manager, lead designer, C-level decision makers
Process: User research > Plan > Intake from Agraba> Design/Copy > Prototype > Test
Impact: 2k+ ads created in first quarter with average monthly spend of $1,050.
